1. Campus Tour

Prospective students and parents are welcome to visit our school on weekdays for a brief tour of the campus. Schedule your tour through Danielle Kendrick, Advancement Director, by calling 320.252.8182 or by emailing admissions@stcloudchristian.org. Your tour guide will provide answers to initial questions and an admission packet with further details about our school and the enrollment process.

2. Application Process

The application process begins by completion of the Application which includes a signed Statement of Belief and Parent Agreement. Once application is received, SCCS will request academic records from the student’s previous school (see section below). Students will not be scheduled for testing prior to submission of the above forms and an application fee of $100 (plus $50 for each additional sibling, maximum $200 per family). 3. Academic Records

SCCS will request school records from the student’s previous school once we receive the application. If the previous school requires written notification, SCCS will provide a Release of Records form to parents. Parents may also initially submit unofficial photocopies of records to expedite the admissions process.

4. Placement Testing

Assessment testing allows our administration to gain a fuller picture of  your child. We want to ensure that he/she in the best environment for his/her academic growth. SCCS schedules assessment tests for each new student.  Please note that the application and assessment fee is due prior to this appointment.

5. Health Records and Birth Certificate

Parents must submit a health information form and immunization records prior to enrollment. This may be copied or transferred from the previous school, or it may come directly from your child’s physician. A student entering our school for the first time must also have a copy of his/her birth certificate on file at the school as well.

6. Acceptance and Enrollment

SCCS will communicate student acceptance to families.  Parents then submit the Tuition and Fee Agreement plus a $200 deposit. SCCS will then add families to our mailing list at this time.

7. Back-to-School Information

Parents will receive regular electronic communications throughout the summer to prepare your child for attendance at our school. These communications will include a list of school supplies needed, a calendar of events for the school year, etc.
