1. Campus Tour

Prospective students and parents are welcome to visit our school on weekdays for a brief tour of the campus.
This tour visit can be scheduled through Danielle Kendrick, Director of Admissions and Communications.  You can call 320.252.8182 or email admissions@stcloudchristian.org. Your tour guide will provide answers to initial questions and an admission packet with further details about our school.

2. Application Process

You can begin the Application Process by downloading and completing the Application. This will include a signed Statement of Belief and Parent Agreement. Once application is received, all previous educational records (when applicable should be submitted (see below). A birth certificate is required for all applicants. A student will not be scheduled for testing or a parent information session without submission of the above forms and an application fee of $100 (plus $50 for each additional sibling, maximum $200 per family). This one-time application fee is non-refundable.

3. Academic Records

It is the responsibility of parents to provide a transcript of grades, testing, and other official records from previous schools. This includes copies of any special diagnostic testing for learning problems, attention deficit, hyperactivity, or other special needs. If the previous school requires written notification, SCCS has a Release of Records forms available for parents to use. Parents can also expedite the admissions process by submitting unofficial photocopies of records and delivering them to the school office. These will be adequate for initial placement testing purposes. 

4. Placement Testing

We do have assessment testing available to guide the process of placing your child in the best environment for his/her academic growth. These assessments will be scheduled for each new student.  An application and assessment fee is due before the applicant is brought in for their appointment.

5. Health Records

Health information form and immunization record must be submitted. This may be copied or transferred from the previous school. A student entering our school for the first time must submit a current health record.

6. Acceptance and Enrollment

Admission decisions are communicated to parents.  A Tuition and Fee Agreement plus a $100 deposit (applied toward the first month’s tuition) is needed to hold the student’s place once the decision of acceptance has been communicated. Families are added to our mailing list at this time.

7. Back-to-School Information

Parents will receive regular electronic communications throughout the summer to prepare your child for attendance at our school. These communications will include a list of school supplies needed, a calendar of events for the school year, etc.
